If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Period
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories/manuals must be included
- Product must not be damaged, altered, or used
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened screen protectors
- Used chargers, cables, earphones, or headsets
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Email us at support@hivatitechnologies.com with your order number
- We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Once inspected, your refund will be issued
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to:
- The original payment method
Return Shipping Cost
- Defective or wrong item: We pay the return shipping
- Other reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item): Buyer pays return shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days and we will replace or refund it.
